Alive Organizer lets the user manage his personal information, scheduled tasks, maintain address book, write and publish a blog and much more from within the same application.
Pros: Unlike many such organizer applications, Alive Organizer adds a few innovative extensions. Being able to post your blog, consolidating RSS feeds, weather news etc are nice additions. Integrating blog publication into this all in one organizer is really useful.
The task manager in the application is able to draw up a schedule depending on the tasks due on the date and schedules appointments, personal events, appointments, important occasions etc. With the ability to set reminders it provides a simple and smart way of managing business and personal time effectively. All tasks and projects can be organized/ planned well. The task manager reminds user about an approaching event and let him edit or even cancel the event. The tasks can be grouped together several different ways to get the maximum overview out of the information. The tabs available for example are start and end date, priority, status, responsible persons, doers, contacts, etc.
The built in address book can accommodate an infinite number of contacts. Information about personal/business contacts could be as detailed as possible, information can be captured into 50 different fields. Obviously when you need to find a contact you have a variety of ways to search for it.
Ability to write up and publish a blog post from within is such a nice touch. The application has a HTML editor and the tools to get the post published onto several of the popular blogs. You could easily continue your interaction with your readers after you have published the same. Ability to read the RSS feeds is another nice touch. What that means that even if you are into reading RSS feeds or dabbling in blog the organizer is open and you need not miss any task or event scheduled.
A nice interface integrates everything together
Overall: This is definitely a 4 star application.
